sharab—khud ko kaise rakhein kaaboo mein?

bible kya kehti hai: “unke jaisa mat ban jo bahot daakh-madira peete hain.”—neetivachan 23:20.
dhyan deejiye: bible ke mutabik had mein rehkar sharab peena galat nahin hai. (sabhopdeshak 9:7) bible mein yah bhi likha hai ki had mein rehkar sharab peene aur sharab peekar dhutt hone mein fark hai. (luka 21:34; ifisiyon 5:18; titus 2:3) ho sakta hai sharab peekar dhutt ho jaane ki naubat na aaye, lekin zyada sharab peene se aap galat faisle le sakte hain, aapki sehat bigad sakti hai aur doosron ke saath aapka rishta kharab ho sakta hai.—neetivachan 23:29, 30.

“ek ya do peg bhi bahot zyada ho sakte hain—udahran ke liye:
jab aap gaadi ya koi masheen chala rahe hon.
agar aap garbhvati hain ya doodh pilanevali maa hain.
agar aap kisi tarah ki davai le rahe hain.
agar aapko koi beemari hai.
agar aap sharab peene par kaaboo nahin rakh paate.”
kin baaton se pata chalega ki aap had-se-zyada sharab pi rahe hain?
bible kya kehti hai: “aao hum apne taur-tareeke jaanchein aur parkhein.”—vilapgeet 3:40.
dhyan deejiye: agar aap kabhi-kabhi dhyan dein ki aap kitni sharab peete hain aur zaroorat padne par apni aadat badlein, to aap iske bure asar se bach sakte hain. aage kuch baatein batayi gayi hain jo is baat ki nishani ho sakti hain ki aap zyada sharab peete hain.
khush rehne ke liye sharab peena. shaayad aapko lage ki tanav door karne ke liye ya doosron ke saath maze karne ke liye aapko sharab peeni chahiye. ho sakta hai aap apni pareshaniyon ka saamna karne ke liye bhi sharab ka sahara lete hon.
aap pehle se zyada peene lage hain. shaayad aap pehle se zyada baar sharab peene lage hon. aapke peg badhte jaa rahe hon aur ho sakta hai pehle aapko jitne mein nasha hota tha utne mein ab nahin hota.
aapke peene ki aadat ki vajah se ghar aur kaam ki jagah mushkilein khadi ho rahi hon. udahran ke liye, sharab peene ke liye aap shaayad udhaar lene lage hon.
peene ke baad sahi faisle na le paana. jaise, gaadi ya masheen chalate vakt ya fir tairte vakt aap sahi faisle nahin le paate.
doosron ne aapse kaha hai ki aap zyada peene lage hain. jab woh aisa kehte hain, to aapko bura lagta hai. ho sakta hai aap chhipkar sharab peete hain ya fir jhooth bolte hain ki aapne zyada nahin pi hai.
sharab chhodna mushkil ho jaaye. laakh koshishon ke baavjood aap sharab nahin chhod paa rahe hain ya aapse peena kam nahin hota.
had mein rehkar peene ke liye paanch sujhav
1. yojna banaiye.
bible kya kehti hai: “mehnatee ki yojnayen zaroor safal hongi.”—neetivachan 21:5.
ise aazmaiye: hafte mein din tay kijiye ki aap kab peeyenge aur kitni peeyenge. yah bhi tay keejiye ki hafte mein do din aap bilkul nahin peeyenge.
sharab ke baare mein jaagrook karnevala ek sanghathan kehta hai, “agar aap kabhi-kabhi bilkul nahin peeyenge, to yah lat chhodna aapke liye aasan hoga.”
2. jaisa socha hai vaisa hi keejiye.
bible kya kehti hai: “tumne yah kaam jitne josh ke saath shuroo kiya tha, utne hi josh ke saath ise poora bhi karo.”—2 kurinthiyon 8:11.
ise aazmaiye: jaaniye ki aapke desh mein kitni sharab peene ki ijazat hai. tab aap hisab se pi sakeinge. apne paas aisi drinks rakhiye jinmein sharab nahin hoti. amreeka ka ek sanghathan kehta hai, “chhote-chhote badlav karne se aap yah lat chhod paayenge.”
3. apne faisle par date rahiye.
bible kya kehti hai: tumhari “haan” ka matlab haan ho aur “na” ka matlab na.—yakub 5:12.
ise aazmaiye: agar koi aapko sharab peene ke liye kahe, to pyar se mana karne ke liye taiyar rahiye, magar thaan leejiye ki aap haar nahin maaneinge.
amreeka ka ek sanghathan kehta hai, “aap jald-se-jald mana karna seekhiye, fir aap kisi ke kehne mein nahin aayenge.”
4. sochiye ki aapke faislon ka kitna achha nateeja niklega.
bible kya kehti hai: “kisi baat ka ant uski shurooat se achha hota hai.”—sabhopdeshak 7:8.
ise aazmaiye: likhiye ki aap kin vajahon se sharab kam karna chahte hain. jaise, aap achhi nind aur sehat chahte hain, paise barbad nahin karna chahte, rishte sudharna chahte hain. doosron ko bataiye ki aapne kya faisla kiya hai. tab aap is baat par dhyan de paayenge ki aapke faisle ka kaise achha nateeja hoga aur ismein aanevali mushkilon se aapka dhyan hat jaayega.
5. parmeshvar se madad maangiye.
bible kya kehti hai: “jo mujhe taakat deta hai, usi se mujhe sab baaton ke liye shakti milti hai.”—filippiyon 4:13.
ise aazmaiye: agar aap peene ki lat se pareshan hain, to parmeshvar se prarthna keejiye ki woh aapko apni aadat par kaaboo paane aur sanyam baratne mein madad kare. * samay nikaalkar jaaniye ki parmeshvar ke vachan bible mein is baare mein kya salah di gayi hai. parmeshvar ki madad se aap is lat par zaroor kaaboo paa leinge.
^ udahran ke liye, amreeka ka swasthya aur maanav seva vibhag batata hai ki zyada sharab peena kya hota hai, “agar mahilayen ek din mein chaar ya hafte mein 8 ya zyada peg peeti hain aur aadmi ek din mein paanch ya hafte mein 15 ya usse zyada peg peete hain to yah unke liye zyada hai.” har desh mein iska hisab alag hota hai. kisi doctor se poochhiye ki aapke liye kitni sharab peena sahi rahega.
