“KHAMBA UKHUPHUKELE ENTABENI ITIBORI”

UDibhora wakhuthaza uBharakhi bona asikime njengomkhululi wabantu bakaZimu

UJehova wathi ngoDibhora, ‘khamba entabeni iTabori.’ UBharakhi bekazokukhamba namadoda ayi-10 000 avela eenkorweni ezimbili zakwa Israyeli. UDibhora wadlulisela isithembiso sakaZimu sokuthi bebazokuhlula uSisera onamandla kunye namabuthwakhe weenkarana eziyi-900! Isithembiswesi samrara khulu uBharakhi. U-Israyeli bekanganabutho begodu anganazo neenkhali zepi. Nanyana kunjalo, uBharakhi wavuma ukuya epini—kwaphela nakube uDibhora bekazokukhamba naye eNtabeni iTabori.—AbaKhokheli 4:6-8; 5:6-8.

Isibawo sakaBharakhi samenza wabizwa ngokuthi akanakholo, kodwana lokho bekungasiliqiniso. Ekhabolakhona, azange abawe iinkhali ezingeziweko kuZimu. Kunalokho, njengendoda yekholo, uBharakhi wabona ukuqakatheka kokubakhona komjameli kaJehova ukuthi bekuzobaqinisa yena nebutho lakhe. (Hebheru 11:32, 33) UJehova wasabela kuhle. Ephasini lanamhlanjesi, ukungabi nobulungiswa obukhulu, inturhu, nokutlhoriswa kwenziwa khulu kibomma. Abayitholi ihlonipho ngendlela uZimu afuna bahlonitjhwe ngayo. Nanyana kunjalo, uZimu ubaqala ngendlela efanako abafazi namadoda phambi kwakhe. (Roma 2:11; Galatiya 3:28) Isibonelo sakaDibhora sisitjela ukuthi uJehova uyababusisa nabafazi ngokubanikela amalungelo abatjengise nokuthi uyabathemba begodu uyabamukela. Kuqakathekile ukuthi singangenwa mumoya omumbi wokukhetha ozele iphaseli.

“IPHASI LAHLENGEZELA, AMAZULU AWULULA IZULU”

UBharakhi wakhamba wahlanganisa ibutho lakhe. Wabuthela amadoda ayi-10 000 anesibindi sokulwa nebutho lakaSisera elisabisako. Njengombana uBharakhi arhola ibutho lakhe bakhuphuka iNtaba iTabori, bekakuthabela ukuba nendlela yokukhuthaza isibindi sabo. Siyafunda: “NoDibhora wakhamba naye.” (AbaKhokheli 4:10) Akhese ucabange nje ukuthi kwawakhuthaza njani amadoda la ukubona umma lo onesibindi akhambisana nawo bakhuphukela eNtabeni iTabori, azimisele ukufaka ukuphila kwakhe engozini ngebanga lekholo lakhe kuJehova uZimu!

Lokha uSisera nakezwa ukuthi u-Israyeli uhlela ibutho elizokulwa naye, ngokurhabako naye wathatha igadango. Amakhosi athileko weKanana ahlangana neKosi uJabhini, okungenzeka ukuthi bekanamandla khulu kunawo. Iphasi lahlengezela njengombana ibutho elikhulu leenkarana zepi kaSisera belilinga ukweyama lenza itjhada elikhulu. AmaKanana begade aqiniseka bona bekazokuqeda msinyana ngebutho elitlhuwisakweli lama-Israyeli.AbaKhokheli 4:12, 13; 5:19.

UBharakhi noDibhora bebazokwenzani njengombana inaba litjhidela? Nakhibe bebangahlala eendundumeni zeNtaba iTibori, bebangabe babesebujamweni obungcono ukudlula ibutho elikhulu lamaKanana, ibutho leenkaraneli belitlhoga indawo evulekileko nethabaleleko ukuthi balwe kuhle. Kodwana uBharakhi bekazokulwa njengombana uJehova anqophisile, yeke wajamela ilizwi elivela kuDibhora. Ekugcineni, ibizwelo lafika. UDibhora wathi: “Ayiye! Leli lilanga [uJehova] anikele ngalo uSisera esandleni sakho. Angithi uyazi bonyana [uJehova] ukhamba phambi kwakho!” Godu siyafunda: “Yeke uBharakhi wehla ukusuka entabeni iTabori alandelwa madoda aziinkulungwana ezilitjhumi.”AbaKhokheli 4:14. *

Amabutho wama-Israyeli aphuma entabeni atjhinga eenkaraneni neenkhalini ezisabisako zepi. Inga-kghani uJehova wakhamba phambi kwabo njengombana bekutjho uDibhora? Ipendulo yavela msinyana. Sifunda ukuthi, ‘iphasi lahlengezela, amazulu awulula izulu,’ amabutho azikhakhazisako kaSisera ahlangahlangana. Izulu lana! Izulu lana nehlabathi yaba manzi. Msinyana nje, iinkarana zeensimbi akhenge zisabaziinkhali kodwana besele bathembele kizo bona bangakhukhuleki. Bamodza bebaphelelwa nalithemba.AbaKhokheli 4:14, 15; 5:4.

UBharakhi nebutho lakhe akhenge bathintwe siwuruwuru. Bebazi kuhle ukuthi sivela kuphi. Batjhinga ngokunqophileko ebuthweni lamaKanana. Njengombana babajameli bakaZimu, ama-Israyeli akhenge atjhiye namunye webutho lakaSisera aphila. Njengombana uDibhora wabikezela, uJehova wabalwela abantu bakhe, wahlula ibutho lakaSisera

Namhlanjesi, uJehova akasazithumeli iinceku zakhe epini yamambala. Kodwana ubawe abantu bakhe bona balwe ipi engokomoya. (Matewu 26:52; 2 Korinte 10:4) Lokha nasilalela uZimu ephasini namhlanjesi, sitjengisa ukuthi nathi sisepini. Sitlhoga isibindi, labo abasehlangothini lakaZimu bangaqalana nokuphikiswa okumbi khulu. Kodwana uJehova akakatjhentjhi. Usabavikela labo abanjengoDibhora, uBharakhi namabuthwakhe wekadeni, abakholwa bebathembele kuye.

‘ABAFAZI ABABUSISIWEKO’

Omunye wamanaba wamaKanana owabaleka—obekakhohlakele khulu! USisera, umtjhutjhisi wabantu bakaZimu, wabaleka epini ngeenyawo. Watjhiya ibutho lakhe bona lifele edakeni, waphunyurha amasotja wama-Israyeli wafumana indawo enganalo idaka, watjhinga endaweni ayazi kuhle ukuthi inabakhozi bakhe. Abalekela endaweni eyomileko nevulekileko, asaba ukuthi ama-Israyeli angamfumana, wabalekela etendeni lakaRhebheri, umKheni owabalekela abantu bekhabo abakhambakhambako waya ngesewula wazakhela ukuthula neKosi uJabhini.AbaKhokheli 4:11, 17.

USisera wafika etendeni lakaRhebheri adiniwe. Wafumana bona uRhebheri akakho ngendlini. Kodwana uJayeli umkakhe begade akhona. USisera wacabanga bona uJayeli uzokuhlonipha indodakhe neKosi uJabhini. Mhlamunye bekungacabangeki kuye ukuthi umfazi angacabanga begodu enze ngokuhlukileko kunendodakhe. Kusemtarini ukuthi uSisera begade angamazi uJayeli! Kuyakhanya ukuthi uJayeli wabubona ubumbi obebenziwa maKanana enarheni; kungenzeka godu wabona ukuthi bekukuye ukwenza okuthileko ngobujamobo. Bekangayisiza indoda ekhohlakeleko le namkha bekangathembela kuJehova apimpe inaba labantu bakhe. Kodwana khuyini abekangayenza? Umfazi lo bekangayihlula njani indoda enamandla, nendoda yepi le?

UJayeli bekufuze acabange msinyana. Wanikela uSisera indawo yokuphumula. USisera wabawa umma lo ukuthi amfihle kinanyana ngubani okungenzeka eze azomfuna. Wathi nakalalako wameleka, lokha nakambawa amanzi wokusela, wamnikela ikwani yesikhumba yebisi. Msinyana uSisera walala. UJayeli wathatha isikhonkwani setende nenondo ebeyivame ukusetjenziswa bafazi khulu. Wananabela ngeenhloko zakaSisera, nakalapho waqalana nomsebenzi osabisako wokujamela uJehova njengomahluleli. Ngitjho nokuzaza okuncani bekuzokuba nomphumela omumbi. Kghani wacabanga ngabantu bakaZimu ngendlela indoda le eyabatjhutjhisa ngayo? Namkha wacabanga ngelungelo lokujamela uJehova? Ukulandisa akusitjeli. Esikwaziko kwaphela kukuthi umsebenzi wenziwa msinyana. USisera wafa!AbaKhokheli 4:18-21; 5:24-27.

Kamva, uBharakhi weza wazokufuna ungazimbakhe. Lokha uJayeli nakamtjengisa isidumbu nesikhonkwani setende, kwamkhanyela khonokho ukuthi isiphorofido sakaDibhora saba liqiniso. Umfazi wabulala indoda yepi enamandla uSisera! Abaphikisi nabamangaleli banamhlanjesi babize uJayeli ngawo woke abagama anehloyo, kodwana uBharakhi noDibhora bebamazi kuhle. Engomenabo, bakhuthazeka bona babuke uJayeli ‘njengomfazi obusisiweko’ ngebanga lesenzo sakhe sesibindi. (AbaKhokheli 4:22; 5:24) Qala bona uDibhora bekanomusa kangangani. Akhenge abenomona ngokubukwa kwaka Jayeli; kunalokho, begade anendaba nokuthi ilizwi lakaJehova lizalisekile.

Njengombana uSisera besele angasekho, iKosi uJabhini akhenge isawatlhorisa ama-Israyeli. Ekugcineni ukutlhoriswa kwama-Israyeli kwaphela. Ukuthula kwahlala iminyaka eyi-40.
