Baibo Ingakuthandizeni Kupeza Anzanu Abwino Kuti Muthetse Vuto Losoŵa Woceza Naye

 Mu 2023 akatswili a zaumoyo anaona kuti vuto la kusoŵa woceza naye lakhala vuto lalikulu padziko lonse lofunika kuthetsedwa mwamsanga. Kodi n’zotheka kuthetsa vutoli?

  •   Dokotala wina wa ku America, dzina lake Vivek Murthy, anati: “Tikasungulumwa komanso kusoŵa woceza naye, thanzi lathu lingakhale paciopsezo ndipo sitingakhale na cimwemwe.” Koma anakambanso kuti: “Tingacitepo kanthu.” Motani? “Mwa kucita zinthu zing’ono-zing’ono tsiku lililonse zimene zingatithandize kulimbitsa ubwenzi na anthu ena.” a

 Kusoŵa woceza naye sikubwela cabe cifukwa cokhala kutali na anthu ena. Anthu ena amakhala osungulumwa ngakhale pamene ali pa gulu la anthu. Baibo ingatithandize mosasamala kanthu za cimene cimapangitsa kuti tizisoŵa woceza naye. Ili na malangizo amene angatithandize kulimbitsa ubwenzi na anthu ena, zimene zingacititse kuti tithetse vuto losoŵa woceza naye.

 Khalani na mabwenzi osiyana-siyana. Pezani mabwenzi a misinkhu yosiyana-siyana, ocokela m’zikhalidwe zosiyana, kapenanso ocokela m’maiko ena.

 Kuti mudziŵe zambili za mmene mungalimbitsile ubwenzi na anthu ena, ŵelengani nkhani yakuti “Kupeza Anzathu Omwe Timalakalaka.”
